Terms and Conditions of the Unique Ideas E-shop
1. Introductory Provisions of the Terms and Conditions
The seller sets forth these terms and conditions, valid for purchases made on the e-shop https://www.uniqueideas.cz. The terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the contractual parties when using the seller’s website located at https://www.uniqueideas.cz for concluding purchase contracts (hereinafter referred to as the "website") and other related legal relationships. The seller may amend or supplement the wording of the terms and conditions. Changes to the terms and conditions do not affect rights and obligations that arose during the validity of the previous version.
2. Seller
The seller is the operator of the e-shop at https://www.uniqueideas.cz, which is Unique Ideas s.r.o., Příčná 129/3, 779 00 Olomouc, Company ID: 17082374, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava under file number C 89171.
3. Order and Purchase Contract
An offer to conclude a purchase contract is made by the seller by placing goods for sale on https://www.uniqueideas.cz. Unless stated otherwise below, the purchase contract is concluded when the buyer sends an order and the seller accepts it. The seller shall confirm the acceptance of the order without delay by sending an informative email to the email address provided by the buyer in the order.
4. Goods
Goods are understood to be products offered for sale by the seller through the e-shop on the website https://www.uniqueideas.cz. The seller undertakes to deliver flawless goods to its customers in accordance with the specifications and characteristics stated in the product details.
5. Price
The price indicated for each product includes VAT. The product price remains valid as long as it is published. However, this amount does not include the delivery costs to the buyer, which are listed separately. The final amount payable by the buyer, including delivery, is shown at the end of the order and confirmed by the seller in the order confirmation email sent to the buyer. The invoice issued based on the binding order is a tax document.
6. Payment Methods
The buyer may choose from the following payment methods when purchasing goods:
• Online payment via GoPay
• Bank transfer to the following account numbers:
- For domestic payments within the Czech Republic - CZK 2803045279/2010 or EUR 2702190629/2010
- For international payments - EUR - IBAN: CZ30 2010 0000 0027 0219 0629 , BIC/SWIFT: FIOBCZPPXXX
• Cash on delivery in case of personal pickup
7. Delivery Time and Shipping Options
The delivery time starts from the day the order is accepted by the seller. If the ordered goods are in stock, the seller undertakes to dispatch the goods and hand them over to the carrier within 2 working days. The delivery time is thus 2–4 working days depending on the carrier’s workload.
The buyer may choose from the following shipping options:
a) Delivery to the chosen address via Zásilkovna
b) Delivery to a Zásilkovna pick-up point
c) Personal pickup at the store
8. Right to Withdraw from the Contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason in accordance with Section 1829(1) of the Civil Code within 14 days of receiving the goods. Withdrawal from the contract must be carried out via the return form on the website or by email to info@uniqueideas.cz. The seller will confirm receipt of the form without undue delay via email. The buyer must return the goods complete and in flawless condition without undue delay to the seller’s address as stated in section 2 of this document, no later than 14 days from withdrawal from the purchase contract. In the case of returning incomplete or damaged goods, the seller is entitled to reduce the refunded amount by the value of the missing or damaged items. The refund will be made to the account listed in the return form using the same payment method as received unless the buyer specifies otherwise. The costs of returning the goods to the seller are borne by the buyer.
9. Complaints and Warranty
The seller is liable for defects that the goods had at the time of receipt by the buyer and for defects that occur during the warranty period. Unless stated otherwise, the warranty period is 24 months. Complaints must be made in writing to the seller’s email address or via the complaint form on the website. The goods must be returned to the seller along with proof of purchase.
10. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
If a consumer dispute arises between the seller and the buyer from the purchase contract and it cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the buyer may submit a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution to the designated body for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution:

11. Personal Data Protection
The seller processes the buyer’s personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and in accordance with applicable legal regulations on personal data protection. Details regarding personal data protection are provided in the Privacy Policy document available on the seller’s website.
12. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions become valid and effective on the day they are published on the seller’s website. All legal relationships arising from these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If any provision of these terms and conditions becomes invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The seller reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time.
